Protocol / Legal

Terms of
Service.

By accessing the StructureCore environment, you acknowledge and agree to the operational boundaries defined within this technical dossier. Effective Date: January 29, 2026.

User Conduct & Deployment

The StructureCore website (structurecore.pro) provides high-performance gaming application resources. By utilizing our infrastructure, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity in Italy or your respective jurisdiction. You agree to use our digital assets strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with the technical guidelines set forth by our systems architects.

Unauthorized reverse-engineering, scraping of proprietary gaming logic, or attempting to bypass latency-optimization protocols is strictly prohibited. Violation of these standards results in immediate termination of access to our API endpoints and localized hosting environments.

Intellectual Integrity

All codebases, design motifs, and Performance Anatomy diagrams are the exclusive property of StructureCore. Use of these assets requires written authorization from our Technical Director.

Service Availability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, localized infrastructure maintenance may cause temporary disruptions in the Italian server nodes.

Operational Failure Modes

Common legal and technical misconceptions that impact your experience within the StructureCore ecosystem.

01

Misattribution of Performance

Users often mistake ISP-level latency for StructureCore engine delays. We are not responsible for packet loss originating outside our primary server grid.

Resolution Path

Audit local hardware before escalating system tickets.

02

Asset Hotlinking

Terms related to asset usage

Bypassing our frontend to directly link to high-fidelity assets causes cache fragmentation. This is treated as a breach of usage terms.

Constraint

Use only approved CDN distribution paths provided in Documentation.

03

Unauthorized Scaling

Attempting to stress-test our backend without prior synchronization triggers automated security protocols and IP blacklisting.

Proper Protocol

Schedule high-load scenarios with our Systems Architect.

The Liability Threshold

StructureCore provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website or its gaming components will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, including Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), StructureCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or structural damages arising from your engagement with our platform.

"Innovation requires boundaries. These terms are the structural steel that allows our performance engine to reach its peak without compromising user integrity."
